libclutter-1.0-common software package provides Open GL based interactive canvas library (common files), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libclutter-1.0-common
libclutter-1.0-common is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libclutter-1.0-common package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libclutter-1.0-common *
You will get with libclutter-1.0-common package name, version, architecture and description in a table
